In a competitive field, not only did they know the product very well, they never disparaged the product we were currently using, but were able show how we could do things more efficiently and more cost effectively, as well as pointing out new things that we hadn’t thought of yet.
We have been extremely happy with the sales and service technicians who have helped us since September 2010 when we began the process of looking for a new machine. Their professionalism and dedication to customer service is to be applauded.

I’m writing to compliment you on your customer service. We recently purchased aLanier printer and I have to say I am thrilled with the performance.
Once every month we print approximately 4000 subscription renewal forms, which are custom sizes. I have experienced many problems through the years when printing these custom forms. I would take up to four days to print all the forms so they could be stuffed and mailed. We recently purchased another printer that was supposed to meet our needs, and print the forms with no problems. Unfortunately, the printer was a disaster.
I was referred to Liberty Business to see if you could offer anything that would help to complete this task each month. Kevin from you service department went far and beyond anything I would have expected to find a machine to meet my needs. He did research and took samples of my forms to make sure the printer he chose for us would do what we expected.
I have to say that this printer has done much more that I ever expected. It is a plain machine (no bells and whistles that I didn’t need) and it does a superb job. I can now print 4000 plus renewals in less than three hours. This has never been the case in all the years that we have been printing these forms. I have had excellent customer service and have never had to wait very long for a return phone call, or a personal visit.
I would recommend your company to anyone I know that is in need of a business printer.
